One to One support by Robin Bates

Is your dog or puppy experiencing an issue that would be better resolved one to one?

The Benefits of One-to-One Training

Sometimes not all problems can be solved in a class environment, so I also work extensively with dog behaviour problems like separation anxiety, aggression, fears, and phobias.

One-to-one work is ideal for those who cannot commit to regular classes due to work or who need individual support.

How it Works

I will come to your home and I will work with you and your dog to help you sort out any behaviour or training problems, and give advice on your specific breed of dog and its needs and its welfare.

The session will last for up to one hour and the total cost is £120 (this will be paid upfront when you book a suitable time).  It would be £40 for any follow-up sessions if you felt this was required, but one session is often enough as you will be given the advice you need to continue with training.

I can offer virtual sessions if you are further away or with your schedule can't find a time that suits a face-to-face visit.

All my training will be for the long term and if you follow my advice and training exercises your dog should be happier and more content in its life.

As a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (membership no. MAPDT00775) I am obliged to continually educate myself in new methods of training and continuously improve my skills as a trainer.

Have a read of some of the testimonials from satisfied clients:

Robin came to my home to meet with my husband and I and our wee dog Finn.. Robin was very nice, easy to tell he was very experienced in his role. We talked about Finn and his issue, which was barking at every dog he met. We went to the park with Finn ,where Robin gave us advice. He showed me how to handle him when difficult situations would come up. He really did know how to deal with our issues.we have been slowly working with Finn , still have a lot of bad days but with the training help we've had from Robin and the support., hopefully Finn can eventually overcome his problems. Without Robins help we would still be struggling

We’d not had a dog before and got Teddy from Dogs Trust when he was 1 year old. We had no clue about where to start with him or whether his behaviour was normal or something else. The 1-1 session with Robin gave us comfort and confidence and has really helped with Teddy.
